LETS TALK ABOUT THE X-MAS MEETING. ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON? WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING? THIS IS GOING TO BE OUR FIRST... HO HO HO.....Jeff
 
Usually any dish is fine but last year we had a list going like this so we didn't have lots of the same thing. I think the club buys some things though. I'm not sure exactly what they bring. I vote for cookies, brownies, anything with very little nutritional value :D

I think last year we ( the club ) had a cheese tray, cold cut tray (john picked these up for me ) fried chicken and wings. The wings went almost uneaten and John and the club officers ate them at several officers meetings. The cheese and pepperoni tray and cold cut tray was a big hit along with the fried chicken. There was a ton of food there thanks to the members all bringing their favorite dishes. I am leaning towrds doing the same thing again this year, minus the wings. Tables and chairs are very important and I am sure Chuck and the board are on top of that. We will need several tables just for food, a table for hot and cold drinks and tables for the raffle etc.
Lets everybody please post as to how many are coming and what they plan to bring, the club will provide all the hardware, drinks and the above mentioned three items.

Yeah, "some food" is what they want :D ... not sure if I'm going or not at the moment.

I will be there. Since I can't cook or bake, would be happy to pick up something premade instead if something is needed.

Bringing my favorite dish would involve one call to Zeppe's pizza.
 
Newsalt, I talked with Chuck this weekend, hes planning to get the officers together this coming weekend to dicuss everything but from what he has said hed like to go with the same food order as we did last year. I think myself we could leave off the wings but he thought that it would be fine. Im sure Chuck will get ahold of you soon.

I will be bringing a mexican cheese/chilli dip with chips.

My wife and I will be there as long as we can get a baby sitter for the little one. We will probably bring a desert.

Purchased items are great also. Though I think Vanna brings two or three pizza's. But hell there is always room for Pizza, or pies, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, etc. etc. etc.
 
Just went and spent A BUNCH OF THE CLUBS MONEY!! on food for the party. Chicken, wings, cheese and pepperoni platter and two mini sandwich trays. Now to get pop and the other items, Paul bring a wheel barrel.

Friday December 15 at the aquatics building. Don't forget that the Fulton rd bridge is closed and that you need to go down past the main entrance and back to Fulton if coming in from the inter state.
 
We will be coming and joining, if anybody likes popcorn we can bring tons as the wife works for Jenny's popcorn and we can bring regular along with some gourmet types in smaller amounts, or we can just bring a side dish.

There will be 3 of us me, wife and 13 yr old daughter
