They are high quality and heavy duty. They don't require an aqua lifter pump and have never had a failure resulting in a flood in 24+ years. The owner, Jeff, is available by phone or email and offers unparalleled customer service. I just ordered a couple parts from him and he was patient with answering a number of what I consider to be stupid questions. He will give you honest advice, too. He easily could have sold me a bunch of extras but told me that what I have is fine and I don't really need anything outside of what I was ordering.
