Hi I have a 75g that i want to drill for an overflow in the corner where should i drill and how big should my pipe be for good water flow? thanks

The standard is 1" or .75" pipe, but it really depends on a few other variables.

You planning on using one over flow or two?
One return or two?
What is your desired flow rate back into the tank?
