Hole in stomac

I have a small 1-2" koran angel in a 30qt with some rock. He appears to have like a hole on the side of his stomac. Is this fish a gonner or what? It looked really bad last night but apeared to be clossing this morning. Could I nurse him back? I have not seen him feed yet either.

I would start a good antibiotic right away to fight any infection now or to maybe come. And lower the salinity to ease the stress on the fish. What caused the hole?
