hole in the head disease

Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent and/or cure for fish that is already have the hole in the head disease?

My salfin tang, emperor angel, purple tang, and dwarf angel seemed to be infected with the disease whereas my powder blue tang, achille tang, and other fish are not infected. They all have been in the tang for about 8 months now.
