hole in the head disease

I have been treating my 180 gal tank for over 3 months now with Vita chem which most of my surgeon fish suffered from hole in the head disease but it didn't seem to help. I have been feeding the fish stricting veggie based diet. But things seemed to get worse. Are there any other medication out there that would help with such disease?

just went to my lfs today and asked them about the white spots on my koran angels head and they told me i should get a ground probe.

I have heard that the fish can get over this hole in the head disease but its something that they always carry with them, possibly to come back at times of low immunity or high stress levels, a good food i have found that the fish generally like and it good for them is frozen mysis or mysid shrimp, from the ocean has many essential fatty acids and oils to fatten them up in times of malnutrition
