Home for the holidays

For the first time in 4yrs we will have both our children home for Christmas. My oldest will be home next week for a two week break from Basic Training for the Alabama Army National Guard..we are so very proud of her for what she's doing cause she's had a pretty hard life this past year and all..she's just 23yrs old and trying to get a divorce now and was pretty down and out over it but the changes she's made in her life has made her a stronger person.
She loves to sit and look at the DT but we've added alot of new things since she left for training back in Oct and can't wait till she sees it again cause she loves to bring her friends over and show them the tank and try to explain how everything in the tank is "alive". Our youngest daughter's hubby will be home then too from Basic Training. We can't wait ..it's gonna be a special family Christmas this year. I actually had to put up a big tree this year against my better judgement....we have 4 cats that are terrors when it comes to the tree....but hey, if I have to pick it up and put it back together everyday, it's worth it for my children being together again(miss them being little every-once-in-awhile). Hoping everyone else has a blessed and safe holiday season:)

Don't believe her, she does not like children(just kidding), she does alot for our niece and nephew when they are with their dad(our brother) who lives next door to her.
My kids call her husband Uncle Pickle(go figure).
