Hooking up Pro Doser 3 to Profilux 3

Any way we can get a step by step walk through on hooking up a GHL Doser to Pro 3? I just upgraded to P3 and a new tank and I want to make sure the set-up is done properly!

Do we still need to program the Doser by plugging into the S1-S4 digital input?

Do we set it up using the Timers now?

I'm a little confused and don't have the time to figure it out.

Yes to both only thing that has changed is that doser control is under timers.
