Recently i had an itch outbreak which, eventually, killed my 2 clownfish, rusty angel and my domino damsel. When the hospital tank was done they had all died except for my green chromis and my four stripe damsel.
I can't see any white spots on them and i dont want to treat them with cupramine for no reason.

It might just be the colours of the scales of my green chromis and four stripe damsel. But even during the outbreak i never saw any white spots on them.
What to do?

whether or not you seen spots on the other fish they are still carrying the parasite if they were in the tank with the other fish. Some fish have a stronger immunity against ich than others. I would recommend reading up hyposalinity and I would avoid the cupramine. If you do want to use medicine I would recommend using Paraguard. It's much safer than copper.

Thanks, the problem is that its a reef tank. I think i'll move the fish into the hospital tank, treat 'em and wait for the itch to die in the reef tank.

Yeah you will definitely have to move them into a hospital tank. Just be sure you have a properly cycled hospital tank and it is able to handle whatever type of bioload you have.....and once again I strongly suggest hyposalinity salinity, read up on this.
