Horrible place to buy stuff from.... Thiefs!

December 23nd I ordered 2 Finex heaters with controllers.
December 27th I get them and they run for 5 mins then die
December 28th call to get replaced he sends me to some guy who looks at them and solders the main line back in.
December 28th units begin to turn off and on over and over because the controllers main wire de-soldered its self, then when it cooled down re connected.

I watched this go on for 2 hours until I decided no way I was going to let this run unattended.

December 29th - left message about neededing to return for refund
Jan 2nd again leave message and sent email
Jan 4th Left message again and sent items back
Jan 8th item received
Jan 12th call about refund and guy tells me they are not broken so no refund then tells me he will call me back.
Jan 15th no call so I call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

Crook says no refund but never sent me back my merchandise.

I will never again use this vendor and I suggest you dont either.

I apologize about the delay in processing your heater return.
Since it was returned to our without return authorization number we did not have paper trace to follow up on. It was an overlook on our part.
We tested your heaters again today and both heaters and controllers are working fine.
We will ship them out via UPS later today.
Once again I apologize about the delay in getting these heaters back to you.

The package will be refused as the credit card company has already credited me back what you stole from me over 2 months ago.
