Horse not eating

He was eating for a few days, but I had to move him to a small tank while I put in some live sand. I don't think I've seen him eat anything for 5 days now. That doesn't mean he hasn't, but I can usually see him eating now and then.

I have live brine and some ghost shrimp in the tank with him now.

Anything I can do to entice him?
