hospital tank for ich

So I keep having round after round of ich. Normally it shows up only on the blue tang but is now showing up on a copperband butterfly. It never seems to bother the tang so I didn't worry, but I worry about the cbb, he is my aiptasia eater and is nice to watch. My problem is I'm worried on how they will do in a smaller tank. My dt is 150 gal and every one has plenty of room. My hospital tank is 30 gal. My current fish right now are:
two clowns ( not positive if percula but was told they are)
one saddle back clownfish
one firefish goby
blue tang
ccb
Ruby red dragnet, only eats live pods
Potters angel
Should I be running another hospital tank and separate some fish?

If you want to remove ich from your display tank, all fish will have to be treated and the display tank left fallow for 72 days.

Thank you. Yes, that is my plan assuming all these fish will do fine together in a 30 gal for that long or should I be running two separate tanks while my dt remains fallow?
