Hosting Question

I have two ocellaris clowns that seem to like their rbta but dont seem to be hosting it. All they do is hang out under it, the tenticles of the rbta constantly touch both but niether swims in it like a typical hosting clown until the lights go off. Any one know why

Occs just don't know what to do w/ it sometimes.
You're lucky they are that close, and not taking host from a PH or something.
They may venture in deeper in time.
