Does it take time for new clowns to find a host?

What clowns and what host?
Some clowns like tank raised percs may never, or may prefer a PH or something.

they are false percs. i have frogspawn coral and hammer coral

Yeah, false percs can be goofy.
They may or may not go to FS or hammer.
I've seen them prefer mag floats, veggie clips, PH's.
I've heard people say it took over a year b4 hosting in a nem or coral.

yeah ive heard the same i was just wondering if they usually do at certain age or something like that.they are super young so i wondered maybe thats it. i am new to all SW so i appreciate all your help.

If you are completely new, you shouldn't have an anemone for a while anyway. So by the time you are weathered in the terms of stability, the should be sexually mature.

i have been up for 5 months now.i dont really want an anemone i just like the way it looks when they swim in and out of the frogspawn.
