Hot Pink BTA

Is this common? I got back from a 6 week training and my Rose BTA is now hot pink. It's been almost 3 weeks and 3 water changes since I've been back and it seems to stay that way. Is this common or will I lose it soon?

It bleached pretty badly.

Best plan is to attempt to find out why, correct the problem, feed it consistently, and maintain water conditions. It should recover, given time and the afore mentioned care.

Solitdetail,

That happend to mine last month. I have had my RBTA for about 5 years+. It has split several times & the clones have split. All of a sudden they got bleached & turned hot pink. My ric's got bleached too. I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
It was my R/O DI water. I hadn't changed the filters in years. The resin was leaking back into the water. The phosphates & silicates I assume were out of control as well as TDS.

I did a few water changes. They moved closer to my lights. I have power compacts.
Mine were bleached worse than yours. I have four now & they look about what your's look like. They are getting better. I added more water flow & been dosing liquid life BioPlankton twice a week now. I normally only dose once a week.
I haven't fed them in 3 weeks. When they initially were bleached I fed them some shrimp. It seemed to stress them more.
I am going to feed them today because they look more normal.

my two cents

Enchie- Thanks for you info. I've been doing water changes every other day the past couple days. I might have to look into my RO/DI water. I haven't changed it in about 6 months but that might be the problem.
Thanks again

UPDATE:
I took the advise of some people on here. I feed the anemone some silversides and after only 1 day I can see the difference. The bubble tips are starting to come out. I also moved it closer to the lights.

sounds good keep up with the feeding and dont put it too close to the light , they can go into some serious light shock when that bleached.
