Well we have decided to buy a house so I need to sell off my tank, equipment, and six years worth of coral. I wish I could do both but in order to pull the trigger on buying our first house I need the cash. Hopefully the person who takes on my stuff will provide me with some frags when I get back on my feet.
Anyway, here is what needs to go, which is everything. I would like to see it all go together. If that doesn't work out THEN a new thread will be started to part everything out. Please don't reply with "dibs" or "I'll take that". Its hard enough having to sell everything off so I'm hoping to send the whole thing to a good home.

Also have many fish, 4 large clams, 1 giant Derasa clam bigger than a football, 180 lbs of very mature live rock, and over 100 lbs of live sand (DSB). There is also all the plumbing, electrical, and 6 years of work that makes this a very mature ready to rock reef tank.
I calculated what I purchased everything for and came up with $14,000 :eek2:
When I regained consciousness I figured the best thing to do was itemize everything and calculate a fair price for each item... most from 50-60% off unless brand new (just a few new things). also tried to come up with a fair price for corals, but certainly not trying to get retail. When I finished that I came up with a total selling price of $8760. That is what I estimate I could get if I parted everything out... which I'm not ready to do, so please don't ask yet.
Okay, enough chatter. I'm offering up the 6 best years of my life
for $8000 which is $760 less than what I'd make parting it all out. It would sure be worth the loss not having to mess around with splitting it all up.
Anyway, I know it sounds like a lot of money, but I also know how much it would cost to start up and get what I'm offering. This is not just some tank with a bunch of new frags. The reef has been grown out for 6 years into some magnificent colonies. The prop tank has been up for more than 6 months and has many unique pieces that I've collected, not just frags of the tank colonies. Almost all corals are Acro except for a few acan/micros. Anyway, thats it. I'm crossing my fingers that someone will want the whole thing... or I stumble across a bunch of money and don't have to sell.
