How and what do I feed frogspawn

I just added one to my tank and would like some advice. I've got him in medium light and flow and seems very happy.

I just sprinkly some Formula 1 pellet food over them a couple times a week. Mine just keep growing.

Mysis and krill. If you want you can use a turkey baster to feed them directly.

I feed the tank a selection of frozen food. Is direct feeding even necessary?

No, you do not need to direct feed Frogspawn. Mine have gone from three heads to over 15 and I've never fed them anything directly. Low flow and good water quality and light is all you need to keep them happy.
