How do i get phone support? Help!

I been needing help with my profilux for the last 3 days anyone know of a # or someone i can speak with, this is very upsetting i sold my neptune to get this and the support is not the same can some one please help me out thanks

hey bobthanks for response, im looking how to properly hook the ph probe up? calibrate it set it along with the temp probe can you help?

The PH connect to the back BNC connector, slip, push and turn will lock it in place.

To calibrate the PH probe go to the controler, hit PH navigate down and select calibrate.

thank you bob will try that ill let you know how i make out. Should i fully submerge both ph and temp probes? mines didnt come with holders should it of? is there a # that i can call to speak to someone if i get jammed up?

I usual ly fload my solution in my sump for 30 min or so befor calibrating, then I just submerge the PH probe in the coontair and use my temp1 sensor that I leave in the sump.

The retailer that you bought the unit from should be able to help.

The probe holder parts are:

PL-LF-Base and PL-LF-S12 for the Optical 12mm holder or the PL-LF-S8 for the 8mm float switch
