How do I get these guys to grow?

Hey all I have a 29gal w/ 175w MH 10k, and 2 65w PC daylight/actinic. What else do I need to get my zoos to grow I have 2 very nicely covered rocks but they have just sat there for 8 months with no change. Any ideas?

When I increased the flow in my tank I saw a big improvement in zoo growth, you may want to try that.
