how do i join a local reef club?

ok i kinda new to the whole reef club thing actually never done it lol i work at beverly's and im like obssesed with the salt water hobby and i wanted to go the next step and join a club wanted to know how to join

actually a good way to become a member would be o get your boss to give all club members a good incentive discount to go shop to his store....say 50% member discount! ;D
but off course you can always just join, contact Roberto Candelario aka redbullchaser, he is the club president, I am sure he would take care of you

The club usually have a monthly meet (fourth Tuesday of the month), but this month we are having a frag swap/sale instead of the meeting. You can go to this swap/sale and join there. It cost $7.50 now to join the club for the rest of the year.

do i have to bring frags to get in or no? i dont have any frags that people would probably wwant the only frags i was able to frag since i started reef was a couple pieces of xenia and green star polyps but i doub any one wants that crap thatz nothing compared to what ive been seeing people post

beverlyspet620, no need to bring any frag to the swap. Just come and hang out and maybe find a few frags to take home. Also, you would be considered a commercial member and the membership for the rest of the calendar year would be $12.50.
