How do I join?

Hi, I moved to Miami about three or four months ago and would love to join. Can anybody give me more info on the club, where to meet, and how to join. Thanks.

hmm its looks like the website hasnt been updated in a while?
mar-y-sol WELCOME to south fla! I also just moved down to the area definatly come to the next meeting, which is informative and also features an auction where coral and livestock can be bid for at (usually) much better deals than at a LFS! Feel free to ask questions and participate in the message board on here, i'm sure others will be just as welcoming as they were when i first started to participate, FMAS is a great resource! See the crisis at 1am thread and you will see what i mean.

PS next meeting is on tuesday the 26th at new river middle school, im not sure but i believe it begins at 7ish and parking is free!

BTW what kind of tank/system specs do you have?

Feel free to come by Mar-Y-Sol! The meetings are always informative and fun. If you would like to join the club (which there are numerous benefits of), just come by our membership table...I'll probably be there! Looking forward to seeing you there. And please do not get turned off by our website...it's currently being worked on to be updated. This forum on Reef Central is where we get most of our information out these days. You'll see a posting here soon about our next meeting.

Id like to also join, but have never been to a meeting and dont know any members personally. Can i just show up at the meeting and become a member there or are the meetings strictly for members only?

The meetings are free to everyone, even non-members, come and enjoy the meeting and while you are there take advantage of the frag auction.

I joined at the frag swap and haven't attended a meeting yet, I really need to get down there, I am sure I would love it. It's just not a very fun time heading south on 95 at 6:30pm.
