how do I move a colt coral?

i've got a colt coral that I need to move, it was set into a small hole in a rock and now I need to move it due to my acropora and the colt getting too big. What would be the best way to remove the colt? I can find someone in my reef club who would want it i'm sure. Or i'll put it into my soon to be seahorse tank if that would be ok?.
