How do I place tube anemone in aquarium?

Tube anemone just arrived and I need to know how to get him out of bag, acclimated and situated in the aquarium. I don't want to get stung, and I want him to have a happy start. Any help appreciated.

What about QT for them? Sand in a bowl?

Also I thought you could place them in a pipe and bury the foot, pipe in the sand and have it grow there.

No need to over think it.
Make a depression in the sand, lay the tube or foot in it and cover it with as much sand as possible. Unless it is very large with a good solid tube, head can be just at the surface. I handle them bare handed and never felt a sting.
If you want to QT it, put it in a plastic container with a few inches of sand.

just a little update, the tube anemone is doing great. I did as the last poster said and just made a little trench, then laid him in it, covered with some sand. Here is a pic. Thanks for the help!
