How do I post pictures on fragswapper

I am not the most computer savy out here. I have no idea how to post some pictures of my frags on fragswapper for the Columbus Frag swap. Any help??????

Open a Photobucket account, upload the pictures to photobucket, then under each picture will be the formatting that you need to post just click in the box with the [/img stuff and it will copy then all you need to do is right click and paste into the post.
