How do I post pictures, plz help?

Just as the title says, I need help on how to post pictures. I have something on my LR and was wondering if any one could identify it.

I post them on my Facebook page as a host. The right click and select copy address. Then in this post click the picture icon and enter copied link.

Yeah, I don't have a Facebook, too much drama for me. You would think Reef Central would make the upgrade so it's easier to post pics. I'm gonna email you the pic and maybe you'll know what they are. They kinda look like closed zoanthids.
