How do I remove this coral?

I have a palythoa on my rock where the SPS is, I put another powerhead in to make more flow for that SPS, how can I get this palythoa off the rock without damaging anything, its a frag, 2 new heads on it but one peice is attached to the rock. Do I just pull till it pops and see what busts off or what do I do lol. It is getting too much flow I think there, the one top head of it on the side gets pushed down so it can't open that side.

take the frag out and use a razor blade to get under the paly...try to take a thin slice of rock with it...they can spit so wear eye protection
