How do I restrict flow?

I just finished getting all of the pieces to my CA reactor and I want to tap into my return pumps plumbing to feed the reactor. I want to tap into it using airline tubing and then put that into the inlet on the CA reactor but I don't have anyway to restrict water to the inlet of the reactor if I need to. Anyone have a solution for this?
