How do I set my PB fans?

The socket were the fans are connected to shows that it's on, but nothing happens.

hm.. did you try to connect them direct without controller?

Yes and when connected direct they work just fine. It's just when they are connected to the fan controller that they stop working.

Ok, How do you connect you controler...?
From the controller you have 1-10v line ----L3 on profilux
12dc ---- to a power supply

From the fan controller, I have the 1-10v line connected on the L3 & L4 socket and set the L3 part to work with the fan. I then have the red and black cable connected to the PB fan from the fan controller. Lastly, the power supply originally supplied with the fans are connected to the fan controller.

Here are the where the jumpers are placed:

The power supply is connected to a regular 6 outlet strip which is connected to the wall socket. The other end of the power supply is connected to the fan controller.

please check the plugs to the PB there are two sizes 2.1mm and 2.5mm we may have been supplied the wrong size thus not making a connection.

Other than that it is in the programming. I have asked Matthias to look at this for you.

The 1-10V interfaces can remain at setting min = 1 and max = 10V

Make a simple test now: reset function of L3 to illumination 3 and L4 to illumination 4

What happens if you change the brightness of Illumination 3 or Illumination 4 manually (please try both channels)? (you can use "ligh-scenarios" for this)
Do the fans react? Full speed at 100% brightness and off at 0% brightness?

I think I received the correct plugs because when the fans are connected directly to the power supply, they turn on without a problem.

Matthias, I just tried the test and nothing happened. Since I have an Illumination 3 set up, when turned to 100% and 0% only the lights reacted, but not the fans for neither Illumination 3 or 4.

can you send me your data file and also can you try unplug all other 1-10 Volt interface appliances, and set all parameters to off and then reprogram, do this after sending me the file.

What's your email address? What do you mean set all parameters off, should I uninstall then reinstall the Profilux Control program?

Matthias, I'm still waiting for your email reply. I sent you my updated settings and sensor data files. I'm still here with over $100 of equipment that hasn't worked right because of the controller which I still believe is defective.

Nothing is defective from what have been informed it is a setting error.
