How Do I Talk to Someone About Service??

Hello,
I don't really like doing this but I have a brand new MP40 QD that sounds like a lawnmower when I start it up and I have been trying to reach someone in your Customer Support department all day and I can't get to a live person. I just keeping getting the recording, music and then..

"No support agents are available to take your call."

I have sent two emails to support with no acknowledgement of receipt or a case number and no call back.

This is a premium product. Why is the service not premium? This is very frustrating.
 
That's extremely strange. I called today, about a problem I was having with an MP40 QD, and was able to talk with customer service in about 5-10 minutes, tops. And just to add, I would say they went over and beyond my expectations.

Maybe you just caught them at a bad time. I would say give them another chance, I'm sure it was a rare instance for them.

I hope things work out better tomorrow but I called 3-4 times today and at least twice when the service line answered it went straight to their "voicemail" - "no representative available." Very frustrating. Thanks for your reply.
 
I've found that Monday's are a very busy time for them and some times difficult to get through.
