How do you add an RBTA?

I have a 28g Nano tank and was wondering if it is possible to add an RBTA after you have stocked your tank with some corals?

I currently have an Alveopora, Frogspawn, Acan, Monti Cap, some Zoa's and a Crocea Clam.

If it is possible, would the nem sting the other corals or vice versa? Would I need to continuously monitor it for a while?

Thanks

Yes it can and probably will sting in that size tank. Basically after acclimation you put the anemone in preferred palace and turn the powerheads off for 20-60 mins for it attach its foot. Otherwise it will get blown away.

I have an RBTA in my 29 gallon. Mine was added after my tank was already stocked with corals. It is definitely possible for the RBTA to sting your existing corals. I was very lucky…I put mine in the desired location and he liked that spot (for about 2 months). A few months ago he relocated but did not come in contact with any corals. I don't necessarily 'constantly monitor' but I do look at my tank quite frequently. As long as your water parameters are correct and stable and the prospect of a wandering anemone does not bother you it should work out just fine.
