How do you attach duncans?

I just got a Duncan from LA. It is looking great but is not mounted. Just wondering how people mount/attach them to rock?

A little lock tite super glue or two part epoxy will work just fine

So, it is okay to glue the cut side of the stem (or should I mount it at an angle and glue the side of the stem)?

I got the LA duncan last week and it came in a plug, although it had fallen out of the plug. I put an super glue/epoxy/super glue sandwich on a rock and shoved the duncan into it. It opened within an hour or so and is doing great. It seemed there was a bulb at the bottom of the stem that was what I pushed into the epoxy glue mixture.
