Try using a piece of garden hose. Start the suction ciphering through the hose. Bend off the end part of the hose going into a bucket stopping the water. Then the other end that is still in the tank, slowly try and get it as close as you can to the shrimp. When you’re close enough, release the bent part of the hose going into the bucket. The release of the water will start a suction ciphered effect which should suck the shrimp right in the hose down to the bucket of water. If a garden hose is too small. Home Depot sells larger hosing. I got this from a previous posted thread, when I was trying to catch my camel back shrimp. It kept eating my yellow polyps.
If you fail the first time keep trying. I eventually caught my shrimp after maybe 3 or 4 attempts. Good luck
