How do you feed your Calcium Reactor???

I recently picked up a used calcium reactor and added a new aquarium plants regulator. I was wondering how you guys feed your reactors I read there are several ways just looking for some opinions from your experiences. Thanks in advance.

I use a cole-parmer peristaltic pump. With the AP regulator it is mostly set and forget since flow rate does not change as media dissolves or the sponges clog up.

Aqua Lifter also, get the filter and place it in your sump and return to your sump. You will also need a PH controller to turn off and on the CO2. SO that your tank PH will not drop below 8.
