How do you frag a devils hand coral

Was sort of curious about it. I have one that is about 5-7inches across and was kinda interested it fragging it. Do you actually cut off a finger or does lt drop pieces like how the colt does it. I have a regular brown nab and my LFS has a grees. hoping to get a piece.

Cut off a finger snd lightly rubberband it to a rock. It will attach itself after a couple weeks. Keep out in decent flow to avoid infection.

ok cool. but usually do they drop fingers or something so as to propogate?

Not normally, Kenya Tree does though.

I actually use a thread and needle to attach soft corals to rocks. After a few days I pull the thread out and the coral attaches firmly to the rock.

Good idea! I always glue its feet and it works too.
