I emailed customer service over 48 hours ago and still have not gotten a reply. I purchased an JBJ ATO and it has stopped working...actually I dont think it ever worked like it was supposed to. Unit is not even 2 weeks old. I purchased this mainly because Im going out of town and now I wont have it. I ordered $180 worth of stuff and I'm considering sending it all back. 48 hours with no response is not good service.
