How do you prepare acrylic tube for bonding

how do you guys prepare acrylic tubing for bonding and do you use the thick glue or the thin type

The cut is good? (just checking).

Take a piece of medium grit sandpaper & tape it to a flat surface. Now just sand the tube until any saw marks are gone.

Good cuts & smooth - weldon #3 or #4 (I like #4 - a bit more time for beginners). If it doesn't go as planned then #16 for filling.

I do it just like ErikS but I much prefer Weldon #40 fo filling as #16 leaves a lot of bubbles.
