How do you set up a QT?

I see lots of people setting up and using quarantines nowadays. How do you all do it? Is it basically a small tank with LR and LS and lights, filtration? What all is in you QT? Can I see some pics maybe? Thanks in advance for any help.

you want a tank, heater and filter. there is no sand or liverock used instead put pvc pipe for the fish to retreat behind
