How drastically outside temperature impact the tanks's temperature?

Temperature where i live reaches 113F during may-july. The current temperature here is reaching 100F. My question is i am considering placing my 180g tank in balcony which does not recieve any direct sunlight at any part of the day, so there wont be any algae issue. The problem i am concerned is how high the temperature might get in the tank? How does water in aquarium behave? As there remains surface agitation.

You will probably need a strong chiller.

The tank will reach the outside temperature..

Sounds like a really bad idea
