How eliminate prazipro?

Can I eliminate the prazipro from a reef, with carbon only??
or I must do a water change??

when i'm done with treatment i run my skimmer at it's lowest point. i sit there and dump the cup as it fills up. usually only takes 10-20 minutes. just keep raising the water level in your skimmer as it stops overflowing. in my 180g system it took out 10g of water via the skimmer.

IMO, it is best to do at least a 50% water change and run carbon.
