how fast do they grow

Last week i got one red mushroom and it seems that it has dubbled in size! how fast do they grow and what do the babbies look like?

Sometimes when they have been transported they shrivel, then they get in your tank and if they are happy may swell up considerably. Sounds like yours is happy. I have several kinds now, and as for growth rate, some seem to grow larger and larger, while others seem to level off at a moderate size then start to reproduce. The babies look like tiny versions of the adult, or the "parent mushroom" may move over and leave a little of itself, which just kind of looks like a blob that slowly turns into a shroom. Also the parent may split itself into two.
