How high should my lights be?

I recently bought a chinese MarsAqua reef light:

This is replacing the hood of my 24g cube. I plan to have mostly soft corals and wasn't sure how high to hang the lights.

Hang them high enough that you cover the bottom of your tank with light and low enough that you don't spill a lot of light outside the tank.

You control the amount of light with the dimmers, not the height.
