how i get rid of featherdusters

There are lot's of accounts of copper banded butterflies being kept in reef tanks without them eating corals, but every fish is different. I've hear of folks getting them and never having them eat any pests. I've also heard of folks finding them consuming corals.

I think that the biggest risk is that they have a very poor survival rate in captivity. I had one that ate aiptasia and feather dusters, ate frozen and pellet. I kept it for 6 weeks, it looked great, then went down hill quickly over a 2 day span and never recovered.

IMO, they are a really great looking addition, and can be very helpful. Best of luck!
