I just got done aquascaping my rock so the tank is a bit cloudy, but please let me know what you think. The tank is a 72gl bowfront.

i'd do something about the algae. possibly build it up a bit higher though thats all preference. the pile on the right side could have some more holes in it. it just seems to be packed pretty tight. hard to tell though with the straight on shots as they dont really give a sense of depth. all and all its still fairly good.

look great to me. Looks similar to mine actually, except my smaller island is actually a little lower so that the 2 "islands" contrast each other.

a little dense IMO, may trap too much detritus between the rocks. Try to have less dead end caves and more flow through area. a few powerheads behind the rockwork or a spraybar would do wonders. I like the formations otherwise =)

looks great, very natral. If you get an animal to eat it it wont really solve the problem. You should remove it by hand so you get rid of the ugly sight and also the nutrients held inside the algae.
Like to know how many kg of live rock you got?

I think the left side looks great, the right is a bit compacted for my taste.

I would possibly remove 2-3 rocks or so from the right and either place it on the left (following the same pattern) or use it in the fuge.

As for your hair algea, I had a major problem with it when I first got my tank. I have a lawn mower blenny, a black blenny, and 2 tangs that did absolutely nothing to better it.

I started yanking it out by hand every few days, cut down the light hours and added a phosphate and nitrate remover. (did the trick)

By the way, I like your current rock formation alot more than your previous.
