How know when you have too much flow

My tank is 125G tall (60Lx18Wx24H). I have 2 Seio 1500 and Mag7 return. The Seio are to two sides pointing toward middle and slightly point up. I have 1 bubble coral and 1 frogspawn. The frogspawn is OK but the bubble doesn't expand. My question is: where to place the frogspwan and bubble? Could I have too much flow?

My lightling is 4x54W T5 on Triad ballasts.

As you have figured out bubbles dont like being bounced around. Do you have a low flow area in the tank? Almost all tanks have lower flow areas so look for a sheltered spot and move the bubble.

Flow seems good. Just find a spot (usually to the side of the tank) that has lower flow.

We have one of those hydor rotator heads and our Frog spawn is about 6" from it in direct path. So he gets blasted every 15 seconds, the FS loves this spot. We tried him in continus high flow and he didnt like it and he also hated the low flow areas.

bubbles don't like the flow at all, froggies can do a little, no direct bonbardment for either .
