How late will Fed Ex deliver?

My Regal Angel is in transit and the tracker does not show that it has even arrived in Richmond yet. With a fish this delicate I am concerned about an extended transit time in the bag.....let alone sit in the box another night (I hope this isn't the case).

Just checked voice mail and had a message from Dr.F&S. Said there was a mechanical delay and that my package will not arrive till tomorrow??? This will be 2 nights in the bag for a Regal Angel.....I fear the worse.

Thank you for your post and recent order with Live Aquaria. We certainly understand your concern with your package. We do provide enough oxygen in the shipping bags for up to 72 hours.

Once your package has been delivered we do recommend doubling your acclimation time and if you have any problems with your Regal Angel please call us and we would be more than happy to take of it for you.

Lucky arrived at ~11:30AM today and is alive. So far all looks very good. He's alert, not breathing hard, and seems very coherant. He is going through a double length drip acclimation per your suggestion. I'll feel better after he is in the QT, eating, and a few days pass by....but so far very good :thumbsup:

Excellent packing BTW....heat pack was still active and bags did not leak.
