How long can i go without dosing Calcium/Alkalinity.I just poured in the last drops.now im wondering can my tank still function correctly without my calcium/alkalinity liquid dosing?

Depending on the load of critters that require calcium, possibly weeks. I'd be more concerned about your alkalinity dropping, which in turn will allow wider pH swings throughout the day. You'll need to get back on track with the supplements, and sooner is better than later, but you don't necessarily have to pick up more ca/alk right this very second.

it depends entirely on your consumption rate
before switching to a Ca reactor, I used 2 part and dosed twice a day. The system was a 300g that had a heavy SPS load (and herefore a high Ca/Alk demand). If I missed one day my Alk would drop to dangerous levels
where as my 100g tank that only has a few frags and gets dosed every other day can likely miss several days of dosing and still be okay

If your not keeping hard corals, you can go quite a long time. I had an algae seahorse tank setup for several years before I knew I was supposed to dose. At the time I only had soft corals. Mushrooms, leathers, and zoa's.
Now that I keep hard corals I dose daily.

Keep on top of your weekly water changes to help replenish the calc and alk until you can get rmore supplements.
