How long do Blood Hsrimp live in captivity

How long do Blood Hsrimp live in captivity, I read 4 years. Is it true that they only live that long?

God you really lucky mine lasted only 3 months he starve to death i guess he had too much competition and well he was a scary cat too... any advice or tips how you doing to keep it ... cause normally they hide all the time and dont go out for the food in the open unlike cleaners...

Mine comes out to feed, but you are right he/she is more shy than the skunk cleaners. Mine loves forumla one, frozen mysis, just about anything else that I feed.
