How long does it take an anthias to change from female to male?

I'm considering purchasing three female lyretail anthias instead of two females and a male. I've read a few posts where this is suggested.

How long does it take for the dominant female to convert to male?

I had a trio and the male died, dominant female started sex change about 2 months later and it took about 2 weeks. I've seen other posts where it happened sooner and faster.
