how long does it take . . .

Ive got a nice bta which used to have a clarkii having a room. I swapped the clarkii out of the tank due to it attacking any other clarkii i put in the tank since i learnt it was singled out a long time ago and maybe 1 - 2 months on its own. Anyway i now have bought a nice little cinnamon pair and have read that cinnamon clowns host in the same anemone as the one i have . . . How long will it take do you guys think before my cinnamons will be having their own room in the anemone . . .

I really hope its soon as it only been 2 days and they dont go anywhere near the anemone . . .

Couple of questions for you . . . do tank raised clowns know they can live in an anemone ??? Will other clowns accept an anemone which other clowns have been in ??? How long will it take ??? Is there any hope for me ???

It can take up to years and possibly never to host an anemone.

Tank raised clowns can host anemones but that's up to the clown in question.

HAPPY DAYS !!! HAPPY DAYS !!!

I came home on Valentine's Day and found my sweet loving female cinnamon clown playfully swimming in and out of the bta playing hide and seek . . . She has become a lot more protective of her space and i was kinda hoping they would be paired but alas poor yoric twas not to be . . .

she lets him near the anemone and to hang around her when she is out of the anemone but she hasnt opened the front door yet so hopefully over the next few days she will allow him in so they both can play hide and seek in the tentacles . . .

Mental note : How can i tell him to buy her chocloates and flowers . . .

Put a picture of Flowers and chocolates up to the glass with an equals sign next to it and then a heart & a clown pic. He'll get the hint...she'll fall in love and invite him in for "tea or coffee"
