There is no guarantee they will ever lay eggs. You can cross your fingers in 6 months maybe

I am a little concerned about the smaller of the two. The bigger one has booted it out of the anemone and it is just hanging around the top of the tank looking abonded!

as far as I am aware, these guys are not sold as "real bonded pair" but just a pair = 2 clownfish.

So you might have to prepare to take out the smaller one if aggression goes too fierce, cover your tank also, they have a tendency to jump if they get harass too much.
